Detailed on-site reports Your report is delivered in a convenient and accessible format, with a report summary describing the main areas of concern, followed by detailed information on each individual system and component. Each section of the report is clearly labeled and separated for easy understanding, and can also be delivered via e-mail or fax. Usually, digital photos are inserted also. All reports will be posted to the website in PDF form. After logging in, the report can be downloaded to print or forward as an attachment. This report gives you with practical information you�ll need as a potential homebuyer. We also include a complimentary copy of "Home Safety Tips" by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

3-5 day inspection schedule Flexibility is key when providing you the best service possible. We normally schedule inspections 5 days a week, at 9:00am and 1:00pm.We understand these time slots don�t always work. Please call if you have special needs.We try to be accommodating and flexible.

To start, just fill in the information required, set a password, and begin real time scheduling. With multiple inspectors available, be sure to choose the first available.

This is just another service we provide to make all your transactions flow smoothly. Because we have multiple inspectors,we are normally able to schedule within 3-5 days.

Aggressive, continuous, informal communications The strength of your home inspection report is backed up by open, on-going communication with our inspectors.We encourage you to attend the latter phase of the inspection, allowing as much time as necessary for homes of different sizes and age. Normally, two hours after the start time, the buyer should attend for review.

Post inspection customer service is a large part of the home inspection. Our inspection agreement binds us to the client for one year after the inspection, so we let our clients know that we are here for them if they have any questions or concerns.
